Born and bred in Koreatown Los Angeles, Danny has always been active. In high school he competed in varsity football, ran the 300m and 110m hurdles in track & field, volleyball, and martial arts.
Danny's expertise in sports performance and strength conditioning has helped athletes improve their speed, power, agility and overall strength. Since 2009, Danny has trained professional athletes, celebrities, youths and everyday people who are wanting to get in shape and perform better.

Ronail "Stretch" Shelton
Ronail is a former collegiate athlete in Track and Field's 400m hurdles and majored in Kinesiology. For the past 6 years, Ronail worked as a personal trainer for Gold's Gym, and also ran bootcamps for his clients. He is currently a high school coach for track and cross country while also training clients full time.
Accomplishments:
• Northern California and California State Champion in the 400 intermediate hurdles.

Sky Patterson
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Sky moved to Los Angeles to attend USC, and captained the Tae Kwon Do and Wushu martial arts teams. He studied at the Capital Institute of Physical Education in Beijing, China, where he competed internationally in the martial arts and acted in several motion pictures.
Sky Patterson has over 10 years of experience in the martial arts, resistance training, aerobic conditioning and flexibility programming. He firmly believes in the power of motivation and positive thinking to change one’s body and life. He specializes in strength conditioning, sports training, fat loss, flexibility, and stability training.

Mayami Oyanagi
MSPT, OCS
Mayami received her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from University of Hartford 2007.
Her interest in the physical therapy began based on her own low back injury experience at a young age. Her clinical experience spans 8 years, concentrating on orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine. She treats the “root-cause” of a client’s problem by utilizing biomechanical assessments. She continues to take various continuing education courses all over the nation to improve her skills and help people get better and move better faster. She enjoys hiking, swimming, skiing, and motorcycle racing.

Regina Park
Formerly a professional ballet dancer, Regina began her Pilates training at a young age. Pilates helped to maintain her physique at its peak condition while ballet could be extremely demanding on the body and mind. As Regina first-handedly experienced how beneficial Pilates is, not only as a dancer but as an individual living every day life, she decided to dedicate in improving the quality of life for those around her.
Regina believes that our body is like a breathing diary. It stories – what kind of life we had in the past, whom we are now, and what kind of future it could possibly hold. With her keen eye for details and compassionate heart, she wishes to help you write better future journal entries – enhanced and embraced.
